I have a question for you!

Hello all! Welcome to The Jenny Bean! I'm so happy you came to visit... I'm in a bit of a pickle and I need to get some answers. Have you attempted baking cookies and freezing them? IF SO:

  • How far in advance can you go that they will remain just as tasty as if you just made them? [The optimum freezing period if we shall name it]
  • What did you freeze the cookies in?
  • Did you find certain recipes worked better for freezing?
  • Any other questions I should be asking that I'm not would go right here.

Basically, anything you know about freezing cookies and keeping them at their tip-top-tastiness, send your knowledge my way! It will be GREATLY appreciated! Send your knowledge to jennygoodson@thejennybean[dot]com or leave me a comment!

WITH A WHOLE LOTTA LOVE,
Jenny

  1. If I were you, I'd freeze the cookie dough before baking it! Then you can keep the dough frozen for at least a couple months, take it out, and bake it!

Then again, I always freeze Girl Scout cookies and they're quite delicious :)
